The objective of the company is the administration of

ERWO Holding AG acts as the controlling company of Südwolle GmbH & Co. KG, in which the various worsted spinning activities of the group of affiliated companies are consolidated. Furthermore, ERWO Holding AG holds the majority shareholding of Textilgruppe Hof AG. The shares of Textilgruppe Hof AG are traded on the stock exchange in Munich and Hamburg.
